Linux Reference Guide App Reviews

Waste of my hard earned money!!!

App has only few basic commands and no updates so absolutely useless.

Well its a place to start

Only 9 commands? I look forward to seeing future updates.

man pages for basic shell commands

This app is merely the man pages for nine linux shell commands. (cat, cd, cp, ls, man, mkdir, mv, pwd, rm). If you have no idea at all what is meant by a linux shell, or terminal prompt, or command line, then you dont need to get this app. If you do know what those terms mean, you dont need to get this app. This app would be useful if there were a lot more commands in the listing.

Disapointing

Pretty sure there are more than "basic" Linux commands.

Junk

Why is this app even here? Its a joke even for a free app.

Really good

This actually has more useful information then the other Linux reference app I paid for , I will probably end up getting the no ad version because I like the app

Great!

I love all the new content! Now that there are more commands this really is an awesome app. (I wish the update had come awhile ago) I use this app more than any others Ive tried. Maybe Ill get the ad-free version...

Excelent!!!

Exactly like im lookink for!!! Cernovschi Marian

Broken again

There are now 0 commands! I just downloaded it and started it. There is a blank page that says "0 commands" and indeed no amount of prodding and searching around the app has revealed any evidence that there are is any content at all. This appears to be a recent break, but for now there is no reason to bother with this app. There are no commands. Skip it until it is fixed.

I be em!

This App looks great, there are so many commands I never knew existed.

So many commands

So much information!

Nice Reference

All the Linux information you need. ~~~ When viewing in horizonal mode, on an iPad-2, the right side of the text is cut off.

Missing lots of calls

I couldnt find accept and other networking calls

friggan helpful.

i am a blind user and want to applaud this app for its accessibility with voiceover
